WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO WATCH THE CANADA OPEN? ​

​When do tickets go on sale? ​

Tickets will be available Monday, April 1, 2024.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE VENUE?

Yes, tickets are available at the Winsport venue ticket office. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

CAN children get in for free? ​

Any spectator over the age of 5 years old must purchase a ticket. Those 5 years of age and under must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian.

​​ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

No, tickets are non-refundable.

Are tickets assigned seating or general seating?

General seating available for 2,500 patrons per session.
A special CLUB section will be available for a limited number of patrons. Benefits will include access to the VIP Lounge on Friday and Saturday.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH LIVE ONLINE?

Unless BWF geo blocks the feed to Canada all main round matches will be steamed to BWF TV. We will update this space once further details are available. ​

​What does a CLUB ticket get me?

CLUB ticket holders will have access to reserved seating section for the day of the ticket. CLUB ticket holders on Friday and Saturday will be admitted into the VIP Lounge.

CAn I get a discount for my group order of tickets?

​Group discounts are now available for general admission only. The discount rate is based on the number of group members as follows:

• 10 - 49 people: 10% discount
• 50-99 people: 15% discount
• 100+ people: 20% discount​

​All group discounts must be ordered by e-mailing [email protected] and providing the following information:

• Number of General Admission tickets for each day of the event
• Name and email address for each ticket OR 1 email address to receive all member's tickets (tickets will have generic numbered name​

Payment Method

• Unaffiliated groups must purchase the order with credit card only, and must provide credit card information
• Organizations can purchase group orders by invoice or cheque
• Invoice and cheque must be cleared before order is processed
• GST will be applied to all tickets
